Quilt Delivery

Your quilt will be quilted in the order that it is received.  If you can arrange it, please consider making an appointment to bring your quilt to our studio.  We would love to meet and talk with you personally.

If you need to ship it, please complete these steps before your quilt is shipped:

1. Prepare your quilt.

2. E-mail us with your instructions and include your mailing address and phone number.  Print your e-mail for shipping with your quilt.

3. Pack the quilt materials along with one copy of your e-mail.  We recommend putting all of the materials and the checklist in a plastic bag before boxing it up.  It is also a good idea to put the shipping and return addresses somewhere inside the box.

Ship to:            Heirloom Quilting Studios

                         1339 3rd St NW

                   Salem OR 97304

Your Quilt will be shipped back to you through the U.S. Postal Service, priority mail, and insured for the estimated price of the fabric and batting.  USPS will not insure for the value of the quilt including the quilting fee without a current appraisal, so it will be sent as "bedding".

If you have a special shipping request, your quilt will be returned according to your wishes.
